Aquablation
Robotic waterjet guided by live ultrasound. Suits small, large and very large prostates, with the best preservation of ejaculation of any surgical option. Available at The Wellington and Spire Bushey.
Rezum steam therapy
A short day case treatment using water vapour. Symptoms improve gradually over three to six months. Best suited to smaller and medium prostates.
TURP
The long established standard operation. Reliable and immediate, with a higher chance of affecting ejaculation than Aquablation.
